In this study, food waste knowledge, awareness and practices among food
handlers from selected government hospital at Selangor area was analysed. 50
respondents were involved in this study. Significant value (p<0.05) for Normality test
which means data was not normally distributed. Results shows most of mean value
less than 4.00 for knowledge and awareness and this is due to respondents tend to
answer not sure for each question. Results from Mann-Whitney test for trained and
untrained food handlers with their practices shows there was no significant differences
(p>0.05). |
