dc.description.abstract In this study, food waste knowledge, awareness and practices among food handlers from selected government hospital at Selangor area was analysed. 50 respondents were involved in this study. Significant value (p<0.05) for Normality test which means data was not normally distributed. Results shows most of mean value less than 4.00 for knowledge and awareness and this is due to respondents tend to answer not sure for each question. Results from Mann-Whitney test for trained and untrained food handlers with their practices shows there was no significant differences (p>0.05). en_US
