Unemployment and trade balance has been an important factor to be analyzed in most
of developed countries in order to indicate the effects of economics openness toward
sustainable economics growth. Therefore, this paper attempts to analyze the dynamics
trend of trade openness on the flows of unemployment dilemma in Malaysia for the
past 25 years ( 1980-2005). The data for this study was collected from the Department
of Statistics Malaysia and transformed into log function. Many previous studies has
indicates trade openness has cause positive effects on economics growth, but this does
not happens in most of the time. The main objective of this study is to analyse trend
and evaluate trade balance level of integration and unemployment dilemma and gauge
the level dependence economic impact and polarization unemployment in Malaysia.
Finally, the results provide evidence for the existence of long-run relationship
between economics openness and unemployment dilemma in Malaysia. |
