The aim of this study is to examine the distinction between academic and practical
intelligent between student that study in school at town with student that study in school
at rural at Oaerah Kofa Star, Kedah. Besides that, this study is to identify factors that
influence the students to have skill and knowledge about academic intelligent and
practical intelligent. There are 200 student (108 male and 92 female) are selected as
respondent and the data were gathered through distributed questionnaires were
analyzed using descriptive, correlation, regression and crosstabulation. The results
showed that several factor that influent academic intelligent in student, that is school
location and living location at studytime. However, there are only one factor that influent
student having practical intelligent, that is the student excuse to learn something
practical intelligent. There are a few suggestion to solve the problem that found in this
research. One of suggestion is existence tuition for student especially difficult subject to
increase the achivement in academic intelligent. While, tee parents should that children
to do alone practical activities since child to increase the level of practical intelligent. |
