Kajian ketoksikan akut bagi toluene, xylenes, naphthalene dan minyak mentah Esso (Tapis A) ke atas penetasan telur macrobrachium rosenbergii (de Man) telah dijalankan dengan kaedah bioassai aliran berterusan dalam tempoh 9 - 12 hari.
