Sultanah urges UMT to boost graduate marketability in competitive job market

Abstract

The Sultanah of Terengganu Sultanah Nur Zahirah has urged Universiti Malaysia Terengganu to enhance graduate marketability in today’s competitive employment landscape. As UMT Chancellor, she emphasised the need for graduates possessing not only knowledge and skills but also communication abilities, leadership qualities, critical thinking and resilience.
