| dc.description.abstract | As Malaysia climbs the ladder of the development, the emphasis on human capital becomes even more important in organization. The objectives of this research are to propose a new Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) in multicriteria decision making and to apply the proposed process in (ranking the indicators of) human capital evaluation.
