dc.description.abstract |
The Broyden’s approach is the most successful quasi - Newton method for solving system of nonlinear equations. This method is easy to implement and has significantly reduced the computational cost of the Newton method. Despite these good qualities, Broyden’s method still require more number of iteration to converge than the Newton’s method. This is the motivation of this thesis. |
