Ficus deltoidea Jack or Mas cotek is one of the medicinal herbs in Malaysia which is
used traditionally to treat several diseases and physiological disorder. It is a small
tree, native and distributed throughout the Southeast Asia in various morphological
forms. The identification of the species through its morphological traits is confused by
the presence of many intermediates forms within and between the groups. This
complex variation required a proper data recording and analysis to distinguish and
identify the groups within and between the species. |
