dc.description.abstract	Industrial training often serves as a stepping stone to employment. This prepares the student for the challenges and responsibilities toward the work. My industrial training experience opened my eyes to a more complex world and increased my confidence prior to entering the job market. In addition it gave an idea of how the workplace operates.	en_US
