dc.description.abstract Palmitate (Cl6) is the predominant saturated fatty acid that found in plant membrane lipid. The Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) method was used to isolate the PAT gene from Chiarella sp. culture. The extracted genomic DNA (1 μg) was used for every amplification reaction of PAT gene. en_US
