dc.description.abstract Labisia pumila (Kacip Fatimah) is a well-known small woody plant but it is reputed to have numerous uses such as uterine involution among traditional practitioners. Chloroform extract of crude Kacip Fatimah was used for determination of toxin infected to internal organ. There are histopathological changes in uterus; kidney and liver did in white rats (White spread) following oral treatment of chloroform extract of Kacip Fatimah. High significant changes (p > 0.05) were noted in the perimeter of endometrial glands, thickness of uterus wall and number of endometrial glands in all treated groups in all days 7, 14, and 21. Lesions such as hyaline degeneration and fibrins were noted in kidneys and liver of Group C and D treated with different concentrations of chloroform extract of Kacip Fatimah. en_US
